Boplaas is entitled to an annual registered water allocation of 166 260 m3, derived from the Limiet River (51 450 m3) and groundwater (114 810m3) - taken from five boreholes. Water is also stored in cement reservoirs, Jo-Jo tanks and earthen dams (which are stocked with Bass and Tilapia for catch-and-release fishing).

Electricity is supplied by Eskom.

Infrastructure on the farm, besides all the housing, includes a wine cellar, tasting room and store room (in the old long barn); packing shed with cold room; licensed poultry abattoir and fowl run; office complex with staff utilities; open implement shed; workshop and storage rooms; three staff cottages; hay storage barn and sheep pens.

Boplaas is owned by a registered VAT vendor and is available for sale as a going concern for R40 million.
